Chargeback

Chargeback is a process in which a credit or debit cardholder contacts their bank to request a refund for a purchase. This occurs in cases of disputes between the customer and the seller, such as incorrect charges, fraud, or unsatisfactory purchases. The bank conducts an investigation to return the money to the customer.
